Paintings can beautify the church again

In 1874, 14 beautiful paintings of the Stations of the Cross were given to the Roman Catholic St. Willibrord Church in Oud-Vossemeer. After 135 years, the copper frames of the nineteenth-century paintings had to be restored. The corners of many of the paintings' frames had become loose and some of them had acquired dents over the course of time. The frames were transported to the workshop in Middelburg one by one, where they were refurbished completely. Now the paintings can beautify the church again for a few centuries more!
