CONDITIONS

  • All prices listed on the website are based on our standard products and represent starting rates;
  • Upgrades, adjusted models, and implementation are available on request at additional costs;
  • All prices include 19% VAT;
  • All prices of armatures include the legal removal dues;
  • Payments above € 1500,- are delivered (ex. unloading*) for free anywhere in the Netherlands, with the exception of the Frisian Isles;
  • All prices, models and descriptions are under reservation of typing mistakes and changes;
  • Payments: 50% on commission and 50% on delivery;
  • The listed goods are not always available from stock;
  • The time of delivery is, depending on the articles ordered, 6 to 12 weeks
  • All armatures are delivered without lamps;
  • Private customers receive a Lifelong Manufacturer's warrantee on the copper lanterns and parts. For Municipalities, a warrantee period of at least 30 years is applicable, provided that the products are well maintained either by us or a recognised installation and/or maintenance company;
  • A 5 year, phased warrantee is applicable to the varnishing and the coating;
  • You will receive an authenticity certificate with every armature stating that it has indeed been manufactured by us;
  • The armatures are individually numbered and are always equipped with a bronze Medallion;
  • DE NOOD Ltd. has been ISO-9001:2008 certified and thus guarantees the quality of its organization and products;
  • In addition, the METALUNIONCONDITIONS are applicable. These general terms of delivery and payment conditions, published by the MetalUnion, have been registered at the Registry of the County Court in Rotterdam. *Ex. Unloading means that you are required to provide the materials to unload 'heavy' orders such as cast iron masts at the delivery location. For instance: a fork-lift truck or a crane. On request, the transporter can arrange these matters at additional costs.
